2024 Bella Terra Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes: A very generous Sauvignon Blanc from our Niagara Lakeshore vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve its extremely expressive aromas of passionfruit, mango and grapefruit with a slight herbaceous twang of freshly cut grass. Throughout the nose, there is a pervasive minerality, providing a vibrant freshness. The palate immediately mirrors the nose, with the same grapefruit and fruit character taking centre stage. More intense key lime pie and lemongrass help to balance the ever-present mineral notes. Fresh and crisp with a balanced acidity, this wine is incredibly food-friendly but will happily be the centre of attention if sipped alone. 

Food Pairing: Pair this wine with a grilled white fish dish, oysters, ceviche, and flavour-full Thai or Japanese cuisine
