We’re unlocking the doors of our private cellar for a night unlike any other. Join us for a masterfully paired dinner by August Restaurant, featuring a curated selection of our favourite library vintages. This event is a rare opportunity to taste and acquire event-only releases that have been carefully aging for this moment, culminating in an intimate social hour where we uncork our most sought-after treasures to share exclusively with our guests.

Welcome Reception
Hors d'oeuvres paired with our Cabernet Franc Sparkling and 2020 Wild Ferment Riesling
First Course, Confit de Canard Tartlet
Slow-cooked duck leg set atop caramelized Cipollini onions and whipped chèvre, encased in a delicate buttery pastry. Paired with our 2019 Fumé Blanc
Second Course, Wild Mushroom Lasagna
Hand-pressed pasta layered with an earthy forest mushroom ragout, finished with a velvet tomato-vodka emulsion and shards of double-smoked artisanal bacon. Paired with our 2017 Pinot Noir
Main Course, Braised Prime Beef Short Rib
Twelve-hour succulent short rib served over silk-textured pomme purée, complemented by a piquant Madagascar green peppercorn reduction. Paired with our 2017 Cabernet Franc
Dessert, Ginger-Infused Peach Meringue
A contemporary take on the classic pie, featuring macerated peaches and toasted Italian meringue, accented with crystalline ginger. Paired with our Botrytis Affected Riesling
Cabernet Sauvignon After Hours Social
A social hour highlighting a vertical tasting of our Cabernet Sauvignon paired with antipasto and cheese boards
